SERTIKO ouzo , inspired by oriental recipes and raw materials, is the premium product of the EBA ouzo series. A delicious, strong and highly traditional ouzo, which with its aroma transports us to the habits and tastes of another era.

During the production process, a double distillation ritual is followed in which the fruits, aromatic herbs and roots are distilled in succession. Its characteristic intense aroma comes from the distillation of citrus fruits , ginger , coriander , cardamom , star anise and anise from Lisvori, Lesvos, giving SERTIKO its intense "Sertiko" character.

For lovers of strong ouzo, it is recommended purely for the emergence of its intense aromas. With the addition of ice water, it changes its character and whets the appetite for spicy ouzo appetizers. We chose the most nutritious piece of Alonissos tuna, from the belly area and after separating it very carefully by hand, we put fresh rosemary and added extra virgin olive oil.

LIA extra virgin olive oil is sealed in a white bottle. Its excellent taste and characteristics are the results of the painstaking efforts made during the production process. We still select our olives by hand, just as our parents did, seeing to it that neither the fruit nor the tree is damaged. We only use linen bags and take our fruit to the olive press on the same day of its harvest to make sure that it retains all its properties until the next process. We exclusively use the cold extraction method to ensure that the nutritional values ​​as well as the taste and flavor properties of the fruit are transferred to the oil pulp. We put LIA olive oil in a well-designed opaque white bottle to keep your oil away from light and maintain its top quality. Finally, we store our bottles in a cool place of normal temperature. We do whatever is required so that LIÁ comes to you as we have imagined it to come.

Ήρθε η ώρα να δοκιμάσετε μια φιάλη πολύ περιορισμένης κυκλοφορίας. Πρόκειται για τη Mastic Tears Premium. Από τη δοκιμή της βγαίνει ωραία η αίσθηση της φυσικής μαστίχας και στη μύτη και στο στόμα, ενώ η αλκοόλη είναι τονισμένη. Δεν έχει έντονη γλυκύτητα. Κομψό, αρωματικό από απόσταγμα μαστίχας με γλυκιά & δροσερή επίγευση. Πίνεται παγωμένο, σε σφηνάκι ή κοκτέιλ & μετά το φαγητό.

don Dry GIN από απόσταξη 100%. Ξεκινήσαμε δυναμικά δημιουργώντας ένα GIN με την 
δική μας πινελιά και ένα μείγμα από φρούτα, άνθη, μπαχαρικά, σπόρους, βότανα και ρίζες, κάποια αυτόχθονα και κάποια εξωτικά. Η επιλογή ήταν αυστηρή και μετά από πολλές δοκιμές, καταλήξαμε σε άρκευθο και ρίζα αγγελικής από την Ρουμανία, εσπεριδοειδή από την Ελλάδα, κουμκουάτ από την Κέρκυρα, ινδικό κάρδαμο, κινέζικο τζίντζερ, ιταλικό κόλιαντρο, μακροπίπερο από το Κονγκό και άνθη από το Μαρόκο, την Αίγυπτο και την Κροατία. Ισορροπημένο από 16 επιλεγμένα με το χέρι συστατικά, αφήνει ένα καθαρό φινίρισμα, με ισορροπημένη ξηρότητα και ήπια γλυκύτητα σε μια παράδοξη αρμονία. Αυτό το πολύπλοκο και πιπεράτο gin αποπνέει έναν ισορροπημένο και ιδιαίτερα κομψό χαρακτήρα.
