With unparalleled pride, we are the only distillery in the Aegean that produces Lon
don Dry GIN from 100% distillation. We started dynamically by creating a GIN with the
our own touch and a blend of fruits, flowers, spices, seeds, herbs and roots, some indigenous and some exotic. The selection was rigorous and after much testing, we settled on juniper and angelica root from Romania, citrus from Greece, kumquat from Corfu, Indian cardamom, Chinese ginger, Italian coriander, Congolese pepper and flowers from Morocco, Egypt and Croatia. Balanced by 16 hand-selected ingredients, it leaves a clean finish, with balanced dryness and mild sweetness in a paradoxical harmony. This complex and peppery gin exudes a balanced and particularly elegant character.
